Angela Marianne Payne May 10, 1935 – November 28, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Angela Marianne Payne, 84, of Martinsburg, WV passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Doey’s Hospice House in Hagerstown, MD. Born May 10, 1935 in Utica, New York, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Irene DiFondi Siriannie. Angela was a 1952 graduate of Whitesboro High School in Whitesboro, NY and of the Pentecostal faith. She was a dedicated purchasing agent contract specialist and chief small purchase branch at the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity USAMRAA for 22 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Charles “Skeebo” Payne, at home; two sisters, Ann Rampino of Woodstock, VA and Yo Tomascki of Florida; two grandsons, Jesse Proctor and wife, Jen of Hagerstown, MD and Nathan Proctor and fiance’, Ashley Bidle of Keymar, MD; cousin, Maria Siriannie of Whitesboro, NY, two great grandsons and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Joanne Proctor and her son, David Alan Marscher. The family would like to thank Williamsport Rehab for their care of Angela while she was there. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Julie Brigham officiating.
