Obituary A.C. “Bubba” Fennell, III, 69, husband of Jo Ann Buchanan Fennell, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019 at his home. Born in Columbia, March 10, 1950, he was a son of the late A.C. Fennell, Jr. and Frances DuBose Fennell. Bubba was a 1968 graduate of Greenwood High School and a 1972 graduate of the University of South Carolina.
