Eustorgio Rios, resident of Beacon, entered into rest on October 1, 2019 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla. He was 44 years old. Eustorgio was born on January 22, 1975 in Newburgh, the son of Socorro Barrera. He had worked for several area restaurants as a server. Eustorgio had a great sense of humor and was always cracking jokes. He also had a heart of gold and would help anyone that he could. He was an accomplished cook and was known for his special juice recipes. In addition to his mother, Socorro, Eustorgio is survived by his children, Marquise Humphrey, Kerryn Rios and Cecilia Reyes-Rios; one grandson; his brother, Jorge Rios; his sister, Stephanie; and his two nieces. Family and friends will gather on Sunday, October 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman Street, Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 7 at 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 Willow Street, Beacon.
