Joiner, Ovell, age 88, of Columbiana, passed away on September 27, 2019. The visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 30, 2019 at Bolton Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m., at Columbiana City Cemetery. Burial will follow at Columbiana City Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.
