Maria Emma Monroy (nee Rodriguez) 89, of Hackensack passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019. Born in Sesquile, Colombia. Maria was a teacher in Colombia. Beloved wife of the late Alvaro. Devoted mother of Doris, Eudes, Danilo, Helbert and the late Rey and Alvaro Monroy. Loving grandmother of seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Friday, August 16th at 8:30 AM. Funeral Liturgy from St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church Hackensack at 10 AM. Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Thursday, August 15th from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
