Robert’s Obituary Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ 08723 Robert Herbert Hull, age 85, of Brick Township passed away at Ocean Medical Center on July 10, 2019. Robert was born in Long Branch on February 20 ,1934 to the late Robert P. and Helen Hull. He proudly served in the US Army during the early 50’s. Robert went on to pursue his education, graduating from Monmouth College in 1959 and attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Robert impacted many young lives throughout his math and science teaching career for the Brick Township Board of Education. Fondly known as Bob, during his leisure time, he enjoyed daily physical fitness; running marathons; being a loving and entertaining dad to our long-term EU exchange students and cuddling and pampering our canine kids; riding roller coasters; buying cars; playing weekly tennis matches and cards. He was a member of the World Tavern Poker League (known to the players as Silent Bob and Bobbyboy); American Legion; Freehold Raceway; and the ASPCA. Bob is survived by his devoted wife Marie Cronin-Hull of Brick Township. Recently, in June, they celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 10AM to 12 noon at Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ 08723.
