Richard’s Obituary Richard Arnez Bell was born on August 1, 1955 to the late Lucian E. Merriweather and Aubrey Ann Bell in Christian County, KY. He was a graduate of Christian County High School and a U.S. Army Veteran. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports & he was a University of Kentucky fan. Richard passed on July 13,2019.
