Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 12 pm until the service begins. She will be laid to rest at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery net to her husband, Charles Taylor Owenby.
