Ivory, age 72 of Philadelphia, PA, transitioned into eternal rest on Saturday, July 27, 2019. A Celebration Honoring the Life and Spirit of Mr. Fred I. Ivory will be held Monday, August 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in The Memorial Chapel of Cofield Mortuary, Weldon, NC with Bishop Wayne I. Welch, Sr. giving words of comfort. Mr. Ivory will lie in state at the chapel one hour (10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.) prior to the service and will be laid to rest in The Epps Cemetery, Halifax, NC.
