Louise (Tony) Womack passed away on May 25, 2019.  She was born on November 12, 1927 in Austin, Texas to E.L. Marshall and Louise Walker Marshall.

She was a graduate of Austin High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in 1949.  She was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority, was Panhellenic representative for three years, Aqua Carnival Queen in 1946, Sophomore Bluebonnet Belle in 1947 and one of the five Sweet Heart nominees in 1946.

After college, she married the love of her life and college sweetheart in 1950, Ernest (Ernie) Womack.  They were married for 60 years and had 4 children, Terry (Jerold), Richard, Susan and Steven (Melody); grandson, Eli; brothers, Bill and Buddy Marshall; sister in law, Joyce Womack and cousin, Bill Thorsell.

Tony dedicated her life to her family providing them with love and security.  She made sure each of her children developed a strong sense of values and treated everyone equally.  Tony was a woman of honor, integrity and strong ethical values.  She was always involved in her children's activities and participated in sports activities wherever they lived.

She was an active member of the Episcopal Church in every city she lived and served in Alter Guild as her way of giving back.  She was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church in Richmond, Texas.

Our family will be forever grateful for the "Best Mom Ever."  Tony's most important work was raising her children and taking care of her family.  She was kind, patient, never judged and always listened.  We will miss her presence, smile and laugh.

Tony requested to be remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.  A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Houston, Texas.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice.
