Mrs. Betsy Ross Carter, age 90 of Athens, AL passed away on June 27, 2019 at her home. Mrs. Carter was born on July 12, 1928 in Limestone County, AL to Ross Patterson and Louise Beasley Patterson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Heywood Carter.
