LASH, WILLIAM E. “Bill”, age 62 of Tinley Park passed away peacefully on Monday, May 27, 2019 in Rock Falls, Illinois. He was born December 14, 1956 in Chicago to the union of Edward and Marlene (Krupinski) Lash. He attended Queen of the Universe Grade School, Graduated from Marist High School, class of 1974 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT. On June 28, 1980 at St. Barnabas Church he married the love of his life Maureen Patton and the couple started their family together. Bill loved playing softball, baseball, golf and fishing and was an avid Chicago White Sox fan but most of all he loved his wife and family with all of his heart and soul. Beloved husband of Maureen. Loving father of Philip and Kimberly (Justin) Andrew. Dear brother of Dave (Denise), Tom (Laureen) and Debbie (late Jim) Bogdanich. Fond uncle to many. Visitation Thursday, May 30, 2019 from. 3:00 to 8:00 PM at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Ave., Tinley Park. Friends will gather on Friday, May 31, 2019 9:00 AM until time of Mass 10:00 AM at Saint Julie Billiart Catholic Church (7399 W. 159th St., Tinley Park) . Private Inurnment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research www.michaeljfox.org.
