Thomas E. Kelley, 69, of Painesville Twp. passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Heartland of Mentor. Tom was born November 4,1949 in Syracuse, NY to Francis and Stella (Ostrosky) Kelley. He attended Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse, NY and received his bachelor’s degree in forestry from the State University of New York in Syracuse. Tom was the owner-operator of Kelley Landscaping & Construction in Painesville. He served clients across northeast Ohio for over 40 years. He had a passion for flying, fishing, and travelling. Tom was part of the Cardinal Flyers flying club based out of Cuyahoga County Airport. He is survived by his sons; Brian (Shannon) Kelley of Mentor and Daniel (Michelle) Kelley of Smithfield, RI; grandchildren, Andrew and Caitlin Kelley and former spouse, Sherry (Dunnigan) Kelley. Visitation will take place from 10:00 am – 12 noon Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Angel Flight East, 1501 Narcissa Road, Blue Bell, PA.19422
