Terry Paul Tichenor, 74, of Owensville, IN passed away May 19, 2019 at Transcendent Heath Care Owensville. He was born May 6, 1945 in Princeton, IN to the late Percy and Helen (Lucas) Tichenor. Terry retired as a Biology teacher in 2002 from Gibson Southern High School after 35 years of teaching. He graduated from Owensville High School Class of 1963, Oakland City University, and the University of Evansville. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Tracy Tichenor; brothers-in-law Mick Taylor and Aaron Riggs. Terry is survived by his wife Wanda Tichenor; children Todd Tichenor and Tadd (Carrie) Tichenor; grandchildren Evan, Logan, and Sam Tichenor; siblings Percilla Taylor, Pat (Jack) Wilder, and Tim (Betty) Tichenor; sister in laws Barb Riggs, Sue (Phil) McKinnon, and Margie (Don) Peugh; brother in law Bob (Sherry) Schmidt; first cousins Penny Tichenor Anthony and Paula Tichenor; and several nieces and nephews. Holder’s Funeral Home is honored and privileged to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Tichenor. Graveside will be held 10am Saturday May 25, 2019 at Antioch Cemetery with Bill Ping officiating.
