Susan’s Obituary Susan Marie O’Bryan, age 48 of Belleville passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor. She was born August 11, 1970 in Farmington, the daughter of Donald Wayne and Janice Yvonne (Foy) Russell. On December 12, 1988 she married Paul Anthony “Tony” O’Bryan in Toledo and he survives. Susan loved her family, but the time she loved most was spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Tony, she is survived by her children, Paul (Stacey) O’Bryan of Milan, Elizabeth O’Bryan of Belleville and Jeremy O’Bryan of Belleville; sister, Sandi Hamilton of Goodrich; two grandchildren, Julian and Brielle O’Bryan of Milan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and step father, Janice and Gary Slater and a brother, Donald Russell, II. Visitation for Susan will be Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 1 pm Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Hawkins officiating with visitation from noon until the time of the service. Burial will be in Franklin Twp. Cemetery in Tipton. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. Read More
