Cosper Veterans Home in Bonham, TX, on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Steve was born in Pine Bluff, ARK to Elmer Eugene Wingard & Dorothy Rawls on December 11, 1949. He worked in Booth Sales for the Texas Trade Show Services. He was a veteran and served his country in the United States Army. He also was of the Southern Baptist Faith. Left to cherish his memories are his mother; Dorothy Wingard of Mesquite, TX, brothers; Ron Wingard & Sharon of Mesquite, TX, Mike Wingard & Shannon of Sherman, TX, Jeff Wingard of Mesquite, TX, other extended family and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Elmer Eugene Wingard. The family is planning a service and will announce the date on the funeral home website.
