Mrs. DeLoach was born May 19, 1949 in Longview, Texas. She was a Registered Nurse having retired from St. Michael Hospital and was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church. She is survived by her husband, Billy DeLoach; two step daughters, Peyton DeLoach and Emme DeLoach; one brother, Randy Harris and wife Bette; one niece, Lori Harris Jackson; one nephew, Scott Harris; Golden Retriever Abbie and a number of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the St. James Episcopal Church with the Rev. Richard Daly officiating. Visitation will be at the church immediately following the service. Arrangements are under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas. Memorials can be made to a favorite animal charity or to the Hospice of Texarkana, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive, Texarkana, TX 75503.
