Ron’s Obituary Ronnie R. Srader, 72, died Friday April 5, 2019 in Dalhart, Texas. Memorial Services were held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Lincoln Street Baptist Church of Dalhart with Rusty Hancock, Pastor of Lincoln Street Baptist Church officiating. – arrangements – Horizon Funeral Home. Ron Srader was born September 28, 1946 to John Kenneth and Berta (Muller) Srader in Munich, Germany. Ron grew up in the Air Force with his dad and mom, they lived in many air force towns, including Las Vegas, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona. They moved to Dalhart, Texas in 1960. He married Linda Grice on June 29, 1968 and made their home in Dalhart, Texas. Ron worked at Phil Like Motor company for 40 years and Hart Chevrolet for 12 years. Ron enjoyed racing motorcycles and hot rods and was a gun enthusiast. He also enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Linda of Dalhart, Texas, daughters Christi Wheeler and husband Randy of Amarillo, TX, Kenda McKay of Dalhart, TX and two grandchildren Brianna Srader and Brayden McKay. Preceded in death by his parents, and his brother John Robert Srader.
