Robert’s Obituary Robert A. “Hank” Gobat, Jr. of St. Cloud, Minnesota {formally of Salina, Kansas}, passed away March 5, 2019 due to complications with pneumonia. Keeping with his wishes, cremation rites have taken place and his final resting place will be beside his mother in Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas. Robert Gobat was born October 8, 1947 in Salina, Kansas. The son of Robert Arthur Gobat Sr. and Marcelle Fowler {Carter}. He served in the Army from June 16, 1966 to May 31, 1968. Robert Married Elizabeth Skrukrud {Goude} in March of 2005. Robert is survived by his wife Elizabeth Gobat. Sisters; Nancy Meyn and Carol Duhon. Children; Kathy, Robert, James, Janelle, Hank, William, and Stephen of Everette, Washington. Stepchildren; Latisha, Sandy, & Dale of Brainerd, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents; Robert Gobat Sr., James Carter, and his mother Marcelle Carter. A memorial service will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery Clay Center, Kansas on May 10, 2019 at 10:30 am. Read More
