Rick Feighner, 57, of Falls City, NE, passed away May 20, 2019 at Falls City. He was born June 27, 1961 at Falls City to Ronald and Delores (Noyes) Feighner. Rick was raised at Falls City and joined the Nebraska National Guard as a junior in high school, and then enlisting in the U. S. Army and serving until being honorably discharged in 1997. Following his discharge he moved back to Falls City and worked for White Cloud Casino and as a tribal officer at Sac & Fox. He also drove an employee transport van for the railroad. In 2006 he retired due to his health. He attended Catholic Church. Rick is survived by his children, Ashley Finke and her husband Aaron of Caseyville, IL, Evan and his wife Melissa of Falls City, Jasmine Redon and her husband Ricardo of Cerea, Italy, Jason Feighner of Cerea, Italy, mother, Delores of Falls City, brother, Jeff and his wife Kim of Wilbur, NE, sisters, Julie Davis and her husband Kenneth of Reserve, KS, Christa Feighner of Falls City and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Steele Cemetery with Reverend Andrew Chavanak officiating. Military graveside honors by Falls City Ceremonial Honor Guard. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to Family Choice.
