Obituary for Richard Francis Martin Richard Francis Martin, 81, of The Villages, FL. passed away May 14, 2019. Born June 5, 1937 in Brooklyn New York to Richard and Mary (Moran) Martin. He graduated from La Salle Academy and received his Bachelor of Science from St. Francis College both in Brooklyn, New York. He worked for Citibank from age 18 until his retirement as a vice president in banking. He enjoyed golf, reading, listening to music and spending time with his beloved dogs. Richard is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Catherine Lenuis Martin, his parents, brother Robert Martin and nephew Brian Martin. He is survived by his daughters Michele (Scott) Barnes of Raleigh NC and Ann Marie (Jeroen) van den Hurk of Newport RI, his brother James (Mary Ellen) Martin of Fort Wayne IN, grandchildren Olivia (Matthew) Ryan, Evan Barnes and Martin van den Hurk as well as nieces and nephews.
