Raleigh: Rhonda Michelle Mangrum, 52, died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at her home. Ms. Mangrum was born in Durham, the daughter of Barbara Brower and the late Will Preston Powell. She was an Accountant. In addition to her mother, Ms. Mangrum is survived by her brothers, Tony Bannon-Winthrop (Sean) and Richard Lee Powell. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, June 8, at Clements Funeral Home in Hillsborough, The family will receive friends from The family is being assisted by Clements Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. in Hillsborough.
