Obituary of Rex Locke Rex Locke found peace and passed away April 30th 2019 in Cortland New York. Rex is survived by his daughter Heaven Locke, son Shylo Locke, and son Dylan Comfort. Five brothers; Wayne, Randy, George, Ronnie, and Mert, one sister, Phyllis. Predeceased by his brother Shawn Locke, father Jerrold Locke, and mother Alice Locke. He had a strong presence a loud contagious laugh and was someone you would never forget he will be deeply missed.
