Obituary Rev. Thomas Cobb, age 90, of Dalton, passed away on Sunday May 26, 2019 at Pleasant Valley Personal Care Home. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Hughes Cobb of Dalton; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Bruce Conley of Varnell; two sons and daughters-in-law, Rick and Elaine Cobb of Dalton and Mike and Katherine Cobb of Ellijay; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Caroline Collins of Cartersville and Gail and Thomas Pierce of Calhoun; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Gwen Cobb of Folsom, GA, Carlisle Cobb of Griffin, GA, Larry Cobb of Folsom, GA and Dallas and Diane Cobb of Calhoun; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews also survive. Services to celebrate the life of Rev. Cobb will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Bagley officiating. Interment will be in Deep Springs Cemetery.
