Raymond E. Brimer, age 92, Bear Creek, AL. passed away Saturday May 25, 2019 at his home. He served in the United States Army during WWII, retired from Fontaine Trailers and a member of South Haleyville Church of God of the First Born. His visitation will be Wednesday May 29, 2019 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at South Haleyville Church of God of the First Born. Funeral service at 11:00 AM at the church, with Bro. Frankie Miller officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his son, Wayne (Beverly) Brimer; Sister, Audrey Keeton; grandchildren, Todd Brimer, Karen Edwards and Elizabeth Young; step grandchildren, Danny Glenn, Jason Johnson and Michael Johnson; a host of great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is preceded in death by, parents, Andrew and Lizzie Brimer; wife, Helen Marie Brimer; sisters and brothers, Etta Mae Weaver, Lou Amy Tidwell, Leola Eaton, Royal “Buck” Brimer, Kinley Brimer, Verlon Brimer, Wade Brimer and Vernie Brimer.
