Randy Wayne Brewer, 52, of Mocksville passed away on May 22, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Randy was born August 3, 1966 in Winston-Salem, a son to Larry Wayne Brewer and Judy Darnell Brewer. He attended and graduated from North High School. Randy later married Kerry Thurman. He was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church and in his leisure time he enjoyed NASCAR, going to the beach, fishing with his son and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his loving wife Kerry Brewer, his son Braxton, his parents Larry and Judy Brewer, brother Robert M. Goins III (Lisa) and niece Haley, sister Lisa B. Sartin (Lee) and niece Jamie, uncles Tommy Brewer (Linda), Harold Brewer (Lucy) and Jerry Darnell, aunts Susan Brewer (Tim) and Pat Adderton, several cousins, as well as a special friend, Jerry Orr. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 25 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church in Mocksville with Reverend Darrell Cox officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses. Davie Funeral Service is honored to serve the family.
