Rae’s Obituary THOMAS, Rae Jean (nee: Evans) 87, of Morrow, died on Thursday, May 30, 2019. Born on December 12, 1931 to Bert and Ola (nee: Church) Evans in Rush, Ky. Rae enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids, working in her garden, ceramics and traveling with her sister. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Daniel Cleveland Thomas, one son, Daniel Anthony Thomas, one daughter, Jena Thomas McCann, her brother, J.C. Evans and her sister, Jenny Evans-Burton. She is survived by her son, John (Peggy) “Kip” Thomas of Clarksville, one daughter, Lori (Jay) Jones of Morrow, four grandchildren, Brian Thomas, Tonia Lawson, Danny (Keisha) Jones, Tony Jones, four great-grandchildren, Rhiannon Thomas, Liam Lawson, Mae Lawson, Keller Jones, her entire Thomas family, one nephew, Mike Evans and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation, Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm with a service beginning at 2:00 pm all at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home, Morrow. Interment will follow in Morrow Cemetery.
