Kevin Clifford Carmon, 52 of Ft. Worth, TX passed away Thursday May 30th at the home of his parents in Reno, TX. Kevin was surrounded by his family when he went home to be with his Lord & Savior. He is survived by his parents Royce & Linda Carmon, sister Robin & husband and Terry Anderson of Powderly, TX, Nephew Garret Anderson & fiance' Samantha Hays of College Station, TX and Niece Olivia Anderson & Daniel Passement of Paris, TX. He was proceeded in death by his sister Shelia Renae Carmon, and grandparents Frank & Velma Carmon and J.B. & Louise Phillips Ballard. He was born May 18, 1967 in Paris Texas. A memorial for family and friends will be held at the Open Air Chapel at Evergreen Cemetery on Friday June 14th, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Officiating will be Eddie Hyatt.
Kevin was a gifted artist, who had sold many paintings in the Dallas, Ft. Worth area for many years. He was known by many for his artistry & witty personality. He always had his faithful companion, his dog Bentley, who never left his side.
A heartfelt thanks to Angie Bizzell, Melanie Handlin, Ayanna Garvin and Chaplain Jerry Thomas of Hospice Plus for their exceptional care of Kevin over the past weeks and the love shown toward his family. Mona & Timmy Harrison for your unconditional care and support during his final days.
In lieu of flowers, Kevin requested a donation be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital, American Cancer Society or Baby Gunn’s Animal Rescue of Paris.
