Benny Gordon Halterman, Sr., 63 of Bumpass, VA died May 21, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond.
He was born November 21, 1955 in Rockingham County, and was a son of Mazie Dove Halterman Stump of Timberville and the late Sheffie Halterman.
Benny owned and operated Halterman’s Siding.
On November 25, 1980 he married the former Tammy Lynn Agnor, who survives.
Also surviving in addition to his wife and mother, is one daughter, Crystal Hicks of Mineral, VA; one son, Benny Halterman, Jr. of Bumpass, VA; 6 grandchildren; 4 sisters; 1 brother.
His son, Timmy Kline, preceded him in death.
The body may be viewed Saturday from 9 AM – 8 PM at Grandle Funeral Home in Broadway. Cremation will follow. There will be no services.
