Paulino’s Obituary Paulino Bautista, Sr., 92, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Monday evening, May 21, 2019, at St. Luke’s Hospital – Monroe in Bartonsville. He was the husband of Margarita (Rosa) Bautista with whom he shared 61 years of marriage. Born on June 22, 1926 in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, Philippines, he was the son of the late Daniel Bautista and Dominga Sanchez. He served in the U.S. Navy for 28 years, being last commissioned aboard the USS Enterprise. Paulino lived in Monroe County since 2000 moving from Newark, NJ and prior to retirement worked as a chef. In addition to his wife, surviving are four children, Paulino Bautista, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA, Margaret Bautista of Lighthouse Point, FL, Belinda Hernandez and husband Alberto of East Stroudsburg, and Elizabeth Labruna and husband Matthew of Byram, NJ; five grandchildren, Sammy, A.J., Sal, Aiden and Max; two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Sterling; and a sister, Rosalia Rosario of San Carlos City, Philippines. The viewing will be from 4:00 to 8:00PM on Thursday, May 30th, at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg; with a funeral service beginning at 7:30PM.
