Paul Carl Compton, 28, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019. He was a son of Carla Evans Long and David Wayne Compton. He was preceded in death by his son, Marcus Compton. He attended school in Brevard, NC. He loved his children and his family. He was very creative with his hands and working with wood. He also enjoyed fishing and wildlife. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Mary Beth Compton, five children, Jaiden, Damon, Mathias, Jemma and Jaclyn, one sister: Grethel Compton Parris and two nephews, Mason and Zayn and one niece: Montana. A Memorial Service for Paul will be held 6:00 PM, Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Please contact Juanita Mathis at 828-553-5986 for further information.
