Michael “Lee” Stakiel, age 38, of Georgetown, DE passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Lee worked for John’s Tree Service. He loved church softball. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Linda Stakiel, his grandparents, Terry and Marlene Stakiel, his fiancé, Susan McColpin, his children, Taylor Stakiel, Aubrey McColpin, Lilly Stakiel and Mikey Stakiel, his sister, Melanie Stakiel, niece Shy and nephews, Dee and Davies. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, May 28th at 1 PM at the Laurel Nazarene Church, 94 Walnut St, Laurel, DE where friends may call from 12 to 1. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Georgetown, DE. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N. Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973 to help with funeral expenses.
