Mary Evelyn Walker, 83, of Fort Payne, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019. She was born August 6, 1935 to the late Jeff and Winnie Ketchum Ethridge. Mrs. Walker loved to garden and quilt. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home with burial following in Walkers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. hour of service. She is survived by her children, Rickey Walker and wife, Joyce, Glenda Burt, Katherine Henderson, and Betty Joe Lawson; brother, Frank “Buddy” Ethridge; grandchildren, Amy Burt, Brandon Henderson, Lee Henderson, Rickey Walker, Tasha Walker, Eric Walker, Tim Lawson, and Jessica Warren; and several great-grandchildren.
