Mary Ann Fazio, of Chariton, passed away May 6, 2019 at the age of 75. No services are planned at this time. Pierschbacher Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Mary Ann was born January 20, 1944 in St. Louis, Missouri. She was raised alongside her siblings: Gene, Danny, Carol, and Rachel. In 1986, Mary was united in marriage to Tom Fazio. The couple was blessed with two daughters, Christine and Cathy. Mary and Tom were members of the First Baptist Church in Chariton. Mary worked in various restaurants over the years, but her true passion was nursing. She loved to visit and was very good at making people laugh. When Mary wasn’t working, she enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. Mary was a proud grandma to seven grandchildren. Mary will be greatly missed by her husband of 33 years, Tom Fazio of Chariton; daughter, Christine of Denver; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Gene and Danny; and sisters, Carol and Rachel.
