Mary Alice Reed, 80, of Cecilia, passed away Monday May 13, 2019 surrounded by family. She was a native of Cecilia to Curtis and Helen Elliott Wilson. She was retired from Elizabethtown Sportswear. She loved helping other people. She was a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving Husband of 63 years Lewis Paul Reed, her Parents Curt and Helen Elliott Wilson, two Sisters Laverne Potts and Lois Meredith, her Grandparents Goldie and Elmer Huffines, and William and Alice Wilson. Survivors include her Children Peggy Sue (Timothy) Dennis, Lewis Scott (Malisa) Reed, Son, Harvey Smallwood. 5 Grandchildren Junior (Connie) Dennis, Jeffrey Crowder, Heather Newton (Matt Russell), Angela (Jeremy) Sisk and Grandson, Todd (Liz) Thompson, 3 Great Grandchildren Mason Dennis, Bailey and Allison Sisk. One Sister Mildred Wilson, 2 Brothers Richard (Carolyn) Wilson, Alvin (Connie) Elliott. Numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and beloved friends. Funeral Services will be held Friday May 17, 2019 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown with Rev. Eddie Cockrell, and Rev. Donnie Lewis officiating. Burial will be held at the Grandview Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday May 16, 2019 beginning from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and will continue Friday May 17, 2019 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Manakee Funeral Home of Elizabethtown.
