Mark Howard Costilow Mark was born in Huntsville, TX December 16, 1964 to Don Costilow and Lynne Reynolds. He went to heaven on May 11, 2019 where he was healed and restored. Mark graduated from Huntsville High School and then went to Sam Houston University. He graduated with both a bachelor and master’s degree in Computer Science. After graduating, Mark moved to Colorado and worked in IT for many years. He loved the outdoors and was an avid photographer. He travelled and hunted wildlife with his camera and captured some unbelievable pictures. Mark was a quiet man with an abundance of common sense and intelligence. Those who were fortunate to call him friend or family, were blessed by his wit and loyalty. Even in the last year, when challenged with cancer, Mark’s spirit, love and generosity never wavered and even grew. He fought cancer with a strength and attitude that was admirable and his faith in the Lord grew strong and was awe inspiring. Mark is preceded in death by his father Don Costilow, mother Lynne Reynolds and grandfather Floyd Harding. He is survived by his grandmother Gerry Harding Davis, sister Donna Wolski and brother-in-law Dave Wolski, brother Luke Costilow, nephew Cooper and nieces London and Arden Wolski, uncle Jimmy Harding and aunt Judi Harding, cousin Sean Harding and wife Sandee Harding. Home-going services for Mark will be held at 2:00 Tuesday, May 14 at Sam Houston Funeral Home, 1700 Normal Park Huntsville, TX 77340. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:30 – 2:00.
