Marguerite’s Obituary Marguerite J Folenga 70 of Rensselaer passed away on May 15, 2019 at the Rensselaer Care Center with her loving family by her side. Born on December 19, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois to the late James(Kathleen Monahan) Kearns. Marguerite was a high school graduate, and was married to Ronald Folenga on July 3, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois. She enjoyed playing on the computer, crocheting, watching “Reba” on television, reading, writing and journaling. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Ronald, siblings; James, Edward, Mary, John, Elizabeth, son-in-law; Brian Davenport and granddaughter; Mariah Davenport. Survived by children; Laura(David) Pizer, Eileen Davenport, Maureen(William) Cowgill, Andrea(Jason) Bufkin, siblings; Ilene(Rich) Spirling, Kevin(Janice) Kearns, as well as 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Friends may visit with the family on Friday May 24, 2019 from 11 AM until the time of services at 1PM in the Frazier Funeral Home Chapel 621 S. Halleck DeMotte, Indiana 46310, with Kim Castro officiating, burial of cremains will follow in the Weston Cemetery in Rensselaer. Marguerite will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
