FARMINGTON – Mrs. Luisa Cotto, 84, of Farmington, NY passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Friends may call at the DeVaney-Bennett Funeral Home on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Services will be at 4 p.m. in the funeral home. Lts. Luis and Nadia Martinez of the Salvation Army will officiate. Burial will be Saturday at Monte Calvario in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Lucia was born in Puerto Rico and resided there until moving to Farmington recently. She is survived by many brothers and sisters in the United States and Puerto Rico and many nieces and nephews.
