Adams a longtime resident of Hermitage passed away at home on Monday, May 6, 2019 following brief illness. She was 86. Lovella was born in Morgantown, WV of Sept. 28, 1932 to Granville and Cordia Russell. She married Quay L. Adams on Aug. 8, 1953; he preceded he in death on Nov. 23, 1993. She retired from Shenango Valley Medical Center where she was employed for many years in the cafeteria. She was of the Protestant Faith. Lovella was active with swimming at the Y.M.C.A. and she also enjoyed yoga and aerobics and spending time with her friends, family, and her great grandson. Lovella is survived by a daughter, Joyce Adams and a son Douglas Adams, both of Hermitage, a granddaughter, Kayla Carroll and husband Joseph, Austintown and a great grandson, Eli Carroll. In addition to her parents and husband, a son, James Leroy Adams, a sister, June Williams and a brother, Lee Russell preceded Lovella in death.
