Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Saint Edward Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Vu, Celebrant. Entombment will follow in Saint Edward Roman Catholic Church Mausoleum in New Iberia, LA. A gathering of family and friends will begin on Wednesday at Fletcher Funeral Home 8:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. A native of New Iberia, LA and resident of Houston, TX she passed on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at Baylor Medical Center in Houston, TX. She leaves to cherish her memories, two brothers, Irin J. Tauriac, Sr. (Norma) of Pearland, TX and Michael Tauriac, Sr. of New Iberia, LA; two sisters, Ruby Tauriac Ledet and Tammy Tauriac Ford (Jules) of New Iberia, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lisa was a CPA for Fortune 500 companies and enjoyed traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Irin J. “Pete” Tauriac, Sr. and Lucinda Guillory Tauriac; two sisters, Rose M. Tauriac and Mary Louise Tauriac; nieces, Miranda Tauriac and Jennifer Tauriac; paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Doriska Clay Tauriac and maternal grandparents, Theodore Guillory and Mary Louise Guillory. Active Pallbearers are Keilen Tauriac, Kenan Tauriac, Kirston Ledet, Jr., Ian Ledet, Ethan Ford and Nicholas Boutte’. Honorary Pallbearers are Irin Tauriac, Jr., Michael Tauriac, Sr., Michael Tauriac, Jr., Preston Ledet, Jr., Kirston Ledet, Sr., Brandon Compton, Sr., Darrian Raymond, Vance Ledet and Jules Ford.
