LaVonne J. Wilson June 14, 1931 – May 24, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Send Private Condolences LaVonne Wilson, 87, of Lena, formally of Warren passed away on May 24, 2019 at Lena Living Center. She was born to Elizabeth Wickler on June 14, 1931 in Illinois. LaVonne married Lloyd Wilson on July 23, 1948 in Rockton IL. For many years she was employed in Warren, IL working at Eaton Corporation as well as working alongside her husband on their farm in rural Warren. LaVonne was also an active member at the Warren United Methodist Church. She is survived by her brothers; Edward (Linda) Schwoob and Joe Schwoob of Warren IL, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, her husband Lloyd on January 1, 1990, her sons; James on October 2, 2009 and Michael on July 6, 2012. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11:00 am at Elmwood Cemetery in Warren, IL. Officiating will be Roger Bronkema. A luncheon will be held at Warren United Methodist Church following the graveside service. A memorial has been established in her name for the Warren Lions Club. .
