Lanesa Marie Jackson, 54, of Altus, Arkansas died Sunday, May 26, 2019 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was a Nurses Aid, Singer, Songwriter Artist, and a member of Full Gospel Temple Church. She was born August 19, 1964 in Ozark, Arkansas to David and Ruby Brown Cordell. She was preceded in death by her parents. Lanesa is survived by her husband, Lonnie Jackson of Altus; a son, Lakota Cordell of Altus; a sister, Gina Oberste and husband Bobby of Clarksville, Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Chandra Mayes and husband Jordan, and Nathaniel and Christopher Oberste; and a great niece and great nephew, Maddie and Micah all of Clarksville. Memorial visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, May 31st at Full Gospel Temple Church. Celebration of life will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, June 01, 2019 at Full Gospel Temple Church with Brother Don Simpson officiating.
