Obituary Kathryn L. Braden, 86, of Brazil, Indiana, passed away at her home, surrounded by her family, on May 19, 2019. Kathryn was born on July 15, 1932, in Parke County, Indiana, the daughter of Raymond and Mildred (Martin) Searing. She graduated from Bridgeton High School in 1950. She married Clarence Braden on May 30, 1975. He preceded her in death in 1983. Kathryn worked as a dietitian at Clay County Hospital for more than 20 years retiring in 1992.
