Kathryn E. Dilcher, 62, of Webster Springs, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 at her home. Born March 5, 1957, in Painesville, OH, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Clara (Gregory) Barker. She liked to work word search puzzles and keeping in contact with her loved ones on the telephone. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jerry (companion, Angie) Dilcher, and Michelle Hoover; grandchildren, Jacob, Brandy, and Tabby; good boyfriend, Charlie Goff; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services to celebrate Kathryn’s life will be held 1pm, Monday May 27, 2019 at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home, Webster Springs, with Rev. Doug Martin officiating. Burial will follow at Woods Cemetery, Kingfisher Road, Webster Springs. Friends may join the family for visitation 11-1, prior to the service.
