Obituary John W. Skaggs, 65, of Brazil, Indiana passed away at Union Hospital on May 18, 2019 following a brief illness. He was born in Kabul, Missouri, on March 5, 1954, the son of James Wesley Skaggs and Minnie Ola (Potter) Skaggs. John worked at the Vigo County Home, Sony, several area factories, and Simonton Windows. When he wasn’t working John loved spending time outdoors.
