Jeremiah Ward, 4, of Peoria passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 6:36 p.m. at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. He was born on October 20, 2014 in Peoria, to Scottie Ward and Dialexia Moore. They survive. Jeremiah loved to watch cartoons, especially PJ Mask and GooGoo Baby. He was very loving and had a smile that would light up the world. Jeremiah also loved to rap. In addition to his parents Jeremiah also leaves to cherish his precious memories: one brother Kalven Ward of Peoria, and a host of other family members and friends. Services will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019 at City of Refuge Worship Chuch at 11:00 a.m. with visitation services commencing one hour prior at 10:00 a.m. Bishop Timothy Criss will officiate.
