James J Hollenbeck November 29 1950 May 5 2019 (age 68)

James J. Hollenbeck, age 68, of Gallatin, passed away late Sunday afternoon, May 5, 2019. James was born to the late Harold Hollenbeck and Elizabeth Armstrong Hollenbeck in Gowanda, New York. For most of his life, James worked as a classified manager in news publications in many different states. He was very proud that he served his time in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a joy to be around and always loved to “cut up” with his friends and family. Besides his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Michael Hollenbeck. James is survived by wife, Paulette Y. Hollenbeck, of Gallatin, Tennessee; sons, Jay Joseph Hollenbeck, and wife, Reagan, of Huntsville, Alabama; Joey Hollenbeck, and wife Whitney, of Gallatin, Tennessee; grandchildren, Hadley Hollenbeck, Emerson Hollenbeck, Tait Hollenbeck, and Eden Hollenbeck; brothers, John Hollenbeck and wife, Patty, of East Lansing, Michigan, George Hollenbeck and wife, Marvleen, of Oswego, New York, along with numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. Funeral mass for James will be conducted on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. from the chapel of the Anderson Funeral Home with Father Stephen Gideon officiating. Gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 12:00 P.M. to service time at 2:00 P.M.
