James M. Alimonti, 58, of Peabody, passed away on Sunday, April 28. He was the beloved husband of Deborah (Taraskiewicz). James was born on July 2, 1960 in Boston, son of Dolores (Piccinni) Alimonti of Peabody and the late Andrew E Alimonti, Sr. and son-in-law of Marlene (Ryan) Taraskiewicz of Peabody. He is lovingly survived by his devoted children, Jacleen, Jillian and James Alimonti of Peabody and his siblings, Lisa Pellegrini and her husband Paul, Christopher Alimonti all of Peabody and the late Andrew E. Alimonti, Jr. A lifelong resident of Peabody and graduate of Peabody schools, Jimmy was the owner of Triple J’s Contracting, a construction company, specializing in residential buildings. A very proud father, Jimmy was extremely active in the day to day activities of all his children and took pride in all of their accomplishments and achievements. He was coach of the Peabody Flag Football League in which his son played. In his free time, he enjoyed all outdoor activities, including his motorcycle, boating and skimobiling. A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5, from 2-5 PM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody. His Funeral will be held on Monday at the funeral home at 9 AM, followed by a funeral mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 758 Salem St., Lynnfield at 10 AM. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
