Obituary for Howard Earl Hovey Mr. Howard Earl Hovey, born on September 7, 1940 in Rochester, New York, to the late Anna and Earl, passed away at age 78 on May 8, 2019 in Leesburg, Florida. He graduated from John Marshall High School in 1958. He was an employee at Eastman Kodak Company until retiring in 1991. Howard was the beloved husband of Karen (Reed). He is survived by his daughters, Kimberley (Jay) Daly and Pamela O’Grady; brothers, Larry (Marietta Blaisdell) and Dick (Linda); sister, Peggy Piasecki; grandchildren, Justin Smith, Michael Daly, Kayla Smith, April Daly, Kirsten OGrady, and Katrina Daly and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Howard enjoyed gardening and cruising and taking care of his family first. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in Howard’s name and “Hovey Family scholarship” to Greece Baptist Church, Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY.
