Dargie, 59, died Monday at Wingate Wilbraham surrounded by his family. Gregory was born in Springfield and graduated from Classical High School in 1978. Gregory worked several different jobs throughout his lifetime. He loved spending time at his family home in Otis and was an avid animal lover, especially his furbaby nieces and nephews. Gregory is predeceased by his mother Shirley. He is survived by his father Everett of Westfield, brother Matthew and sister in law Lisa of Wilbraham and brother Bryan and wife Marise of Westfield. He also leaves his nieces and nephews; Sydney Dargie of Wilbraham, Alyse Bynaker and husband David of Orlando, FL, Eric Dargie of Westfield and Ellen Schrantz and her husband Leo of Arlington, VA. The services for Gregory will be held at the family’s convenience.
